Manual Sliding Doors
Manual sliding doors are available in a wide range of profiles to meet diverse installation and functional requirements. Multiple customisation options allow for configurations with two or three glazed panels, or fixed frames with one or more panes, using single, laminated or insulating glass. In addition, doors can be equipped with integrated accessories such as LED lighting, loudspeakers, environmental sensors, child safety locks and central locking systems, to ensure maximum safety during bunkering operations.

Electrically operated automatic sliding doors
Electrically operated automatic sliding doors are an advanced technological solution for suites and premium cabins with balconies. Equipped with a fully concealed, silent motor, they deliver high performance with low energy consumption while preserving the clean design and functionality of the manual version. Automatic sliding doors can be fitted with a special ramp to create a seamless transition between the interior of the cabin and the door sill, in full compliance with ADA regulations.

Steel fire doors
The steel fire doors meet the requirements of A0 fire classification. Designed to ensure maximum onboard safety, they comply with the most stringent fire prevention standards, having been tested in accordance with the FTP code.
Fixed glazing systems
Fixed glazing systems, made using the same profiles as the opening doors, are ideal for large rooms. They can be installed as stand-alone elements or seamlessly integrated with AVSW windows or Lift & Slide systems.
Folding doors
Aluminium folding doors are ideal for outdoor areas where basic weather protection is needed. The doors can be folded down and stacked to the side, allowing for wide openings and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces
Lower decks - Fixed windows for high loads
Windows for lower decks on cruise ships, made using high-strength steel systems, which offer a balance between the transparency of glass and the high safety standards required for passenger protection. Somec provides a range of watertight systems, hydrostatically tested and available in single, double or triple pane configurations. Some of these systems have also undergone fire testing.
