This information is only provided for the website of Somec S.p.A. and not for any other websites consulted by the user through links. This information also follows Recommendation 2/2001 which the European Authority for personal data protection, in a Group set up byart. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on-line, and, in particular, methods, times and kind of information which process controllers must provide to users when the latter link to web pages, independent of why they do so. THE PROCESS “CONTROLLER”

When they consult this website, the data related to people identified or identifiable can be processed. The process “controller” and Controller of Processing is Somec S.p.A. with registered office in via  Palù, 34 at San Vendemiano TV.

PLACE WHERE DATA IS PROCESSED

Processing connected to the web  services of this website takes place in the above mentioned registered office of Somec S.p.A. is only handled by the technical staff of the office assigned to process data; or by any party appointed to carry out occasional maintenance operations. No data received from the web service is communicated or circulated. Personal data provided by users who send in requests to be sent information (bulletins, Cd-roms, newsletters, annual reports, answers to questions, etc.) is only used to execute the service requested and is only communicated to third parties when that is necessary for the purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

Computer systems and software procedures operating the website acquire, during normal operations, certain data transferred implicitly when using Internet communication protocols.. This information is not collected to be associated with identified parties. However, it could enable user identification, due to its specific nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties. However, not providing said data could make it impossible to obtain what was requested. For the sake of completeness, please do not forget that in some cases (not the purpose of ordinary management of this website) the Authorities may request news and information pursuant to art 157 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, to control personal data processing. In those cases, the response is obligatory under penalty of an administrative sanction.

HOW DATA IS PROCESSED

Personal data is processed automatically for the time strictly needed to achieve the purposes it was collected for. Specific security measures are taken to prevent loss of data, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

INTERESTED PARTY RIGHTS

Parties the personal data refers to have the right, at any time, to receive confirmation of whether their data is being held or not and to be informed of content and origin, check it is correct or request it be integrated, updated, or rectified (art. 7 Legislative Decree 196/2003). In compliance with the same article, the person has the right to request it be cancelled, made anonymous or blocked if processed against the law; and, in any case, to object to processing for legitimate reasons.
